What Happens During the Session

Each session begins in the yurt before moving into a guided nature-based experience designed to help you step outside mental noise, slow down, and reconnect with your own direct experience.

Through guided observation, sensory awareness, quiet reflection, and gentle conversation, you'll be invited to notice what may be asking for your attention beneath the surface of everyday life.

The experience may include:

  • Time outdoors in nature

No artistic experience is needed.

No sharing is required.
