The Gentle Wild
At The Gentle Wild, each offering is created with care and intention. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help, while also honoring the time, preparation, and materials that go into each experience and product.
Experiences & Gatherings (Workshops, Listening Circles, Sessions)
Due to the small-group nature of these offerings and the preparation involved:

Registrations are non-refundable within 72 hours of the scheduled event

If you are unable to attend, you may:

Request a transfer to a future date (where available), or

Transfer your spot to another person with prior notice

If cancellation is made more than 72 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content:

All digital purchases are final sale

Refunds are not available once access has been granted or files have been downloaded
If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will gladly assist.
Physical Products (Books, Artwork, etc.)
We accept returns on physical items under the following conditions:

Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Once approved, items can be returned to the address provided in your confirmation email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified of approval or rejection

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include a description and, if possible, a photo
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
