Welcome to The Gentle Wild Journal
There are spaces that move quickly.
And there are spaces that ask us to slow down.
This journal belongs to the second kind.
The Gentle Wild began as a place for lived experience, for nature, perception, creative expression, and meaningful conversation. Gatherings happen in real time, with real people, holding space together.
But reflection does not end when a circle closes.
Here, in this journal, I’ll share quiet explorations that sit at the edge of those gatherings, thoughts on listening, on ambiguity, on what it means to be witnessed. I’ll share small practices you can take outdoors. Creative prompts. Reflections from the land. Occasionally, stories that ask more questions than they answer.
This is not a space for drama.
It is a place for thoughtful noticing.
If you are drawn to conversation that unfolds gently…
If you are curious about lived experience without needing immediate explanation…
If you value presence more than performance…
You are welcome here.
